Can I pick up my order?
Yes, if you wish you can pick up orders from our warehouse at 10 Gray Street, Kilkenny, South Australia 5009. All other Australian orders will be delivered by Australia Post. For large orders 600+ we will make special transport arrangements, please contact us - on +61 8 8268 2733 or email sales@npa.com.au to discuss.
How long will delivery take in Australia?
For orders placed before midday we send the item on the same day, otherwise it will be the next day. Australia Post will deliver it anywhere in Australia within four business days of dispatch.
How long will delivery take outside Australia?

Most destinations will be delivered to within 7-21 days.
How do I know that my credit card details are secure?
The information you send is protected by Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption between your browser and the payment processor. We do not store or collect your payment information.
My bank statement doesn't say "BottleSafe".
If you use your credit card to pay for your order, you bank records will show the payment was made to SecurePay.
If you use PayPal, the funds are deposited to "AWTron"
Is it safe to buy things online using my credit card?
Yes, your credit card details are secure when processing with BottleSafe.
We use industry leading secure socket layer (SSL) transaction processing and payment details which are encrypted and means they cannot be deciphered when being processed. PayPal provides the payment gateway. We do not ever see or store your payment details.

My large order doesn't show a shipping price during checkout.
When your order exceeds 20 Kg we do not use the Australia Post calculator in the checkout process, as there are usually better shipping options elsewhere. Our staff are busy finding the best quote for you, and we check to see if you have any special requirements such as insurance or express delivery.
Once the shipping is right for you, we process the order payment with the amended shipping details.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, an invoice is emailed to you after payment is processed. You are also emailed instructions on how to view your invoice and order history on our website.

What happens if the products are damaged on arrival?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase due to defective merchandise, please take digital photos of the issue and the packing slip. Send or email the photos to us and describe the damage with as much detail as possible. This information will allow our Service team to determine the best way to replace or refund your original order.
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not yet posted your order then we will be happy to cancel it and issue a full refund*, or to change it to suit your requirements.
Unfortunately, once your order is sent, you can no longer add items, change or cancel your order. If you want to add items, you should place another order within 12 hours of your original order, and then contact us with both order numbers, and we'll be happy to refund you the additional delivery charge if we are able to combine them.
* Please note that orders that have been paid using credit card will incur a $25 cancellation fee.
